A good practical alternative look at culture and how we perceive it.

Quantifying what goes into establishing a new culture takes much of the mystery away.

Culture is not written down - it is told in conversation and by stories. While the catalog of items may be huge, most of us will focus on just a few to capture the essence - and trade out one story for another if it better conveys the culture.

Thanks!
